Tulane University phone interview (help)

Hello,

So after applying for the MSF program at Tulane university (R2), i got an invite to do a phone interview.

I have some questions regarding this since this is my first phone interview ( and 3rd overall lol )

1- Is it a good or bad sign to be invited for an interview?
2- What kind of questions should i expect? Is there anyone here that did the phone interview with Tulane university? (if so please tell me questions if you remember)

Some details about me:

Kuwaiti, Male 23 years old.
BSC in Finance, overall GPA: 3.40. Major GPA: 3.80. / GMAT: 600 and TOEFL: 102
Work: not much, been and still working at Central Bank of Kuwait.

Extras: received a one week training each at Deustche bank-LDN and at Societe Generale-PARIS, Awarded with full paid scholarship to study abroad(MSF and PHD in finance), attended WCG (2004) as Kuwait team leader, and helped organizing many video games tournaments in Kuwait.
