Plz tell me how else can i improve my profile to get into UCLA or its likes. I have always wanted to do my Mba in the US and have worked hard to build my profile. Doesnt UCLA look favourably at younger candidates ? i read this on their site and thts when i desided to complete my masters and hence build up my profile. what are my chances at Ucla gauging my profile .
Two thoughts immediately came to my mind as I read your post:
1) Your GMAT is low for UCLA. You need to raise it to improve your chances of acceptance.
2) You don't mention why you want to go to UCLA. You will need to show that UCLA's program and curriculum support your
post-MBA goals. You need to qualify in terms of UCLA's requirements, but you also need to demonstrate fit in terms of your reasons for wanting an MBA and ultimate reason for seeking an MBA.
An MBA is a means to end, not an end in itself. It seems as if admissions to Anderson has become some kind of end in itself for you, and that in and of itself could prevent your admission.
Good luck!
