It just depends on what you want to study, my understanding is that it doesn't make a difference. I had applied to MAcc but after the interview we changed it to MBT and it wasn't an issue at all. I wanted to concentrate in tax so if that is the case you should apply for MBT. The best way to increase your chances is to apply early. I had a 2.8 GPA with a 700 GMAT and was accepted to the USC MBT w/ some $$$ and I had applied back in December.
