E) will be impacting local populations and posing an unjust burde

ideally/generally,.............. .specifically,...............
so ideally and specifically cant be connected by " and ". so Ans - C,D,E are wrong.
In "Ans - B" , two answer options are connected by it is " Run-onn error "
So Ans A) isright answer for me.
