It is pretty amazing how terrible it is and how silly it was.
Poor guy - he was pretty patient but I could also hear frustration with something so obvious and simple...

A wireless company charges .002 cents per kilobyte for roaming usage. A customer used 35,896 kilobytes while roaming. The customer had no other monthly charges. What is the customer's monthly bill?
