A wireless company charges .002 cents per kilobyte for roaming usage. A customer used 35,896 kilobytes while roaming. The customer had no other monthly charges. What is the customer's monthly bill?

a) $717.90
b) $71.79
c) $7.18
d) $0.72
e) None of the above
