That's a difficult question for me to answer. I recommend that you contact the schools, tell them what your qualifications/credentials are and ask them what kind of scholarships or grants they think you might qualify for. Based on your "numbers" I think it's very unlikely that NYU would offer you money or admit you. I also think U. Florida would be difficult for you to gain admission to. Michigan State and U. Alabama might offer you need-based money (if they admitted you); you are competitive at both. You are more than competitive at Portland so in that respect they may be more inclined to offer you money to get you to attend. Of the three schools where you are most competitive--Michigan State, Alabama, and Portland--Michigan St. is the most generous in terms of percentage of students receiving grants (63% do), followed by Alabama (55%), and Portland (43%).
