Re: Waitlisted EVERYWHERE--Wharton, CBS, and NYU [#permalink]
For those who have been following my saga, I wanted to provide a happy update. Well, actually two. After getting dinged from Wharton in early July, I began to lose hope that it was going to happen for me this year. Well, on Monday, I got the email from Stern that I'd been accepted. I'd sent a few update letters and also met with current students. I was ecstatic, but I decided that I needed to call CBS and provide them a final update just to let them know that I was about to accept an offer from another school. To make sure I had my bases covered JUUUUUST in case they were thinking of accepting me. So I called them and let them know. Lo and behold, this morning, I was accepted to Columbia too! I enthusiastically accepted, and I am officially CBS bound as of this morning. I will relinquish my spot at Stern -- hopefully for another lucky GMAT Club member. Thanks to all of you for your support!
