If you have seen a post with "Low Reviewer Credibility Warning" or similar language - do not be alarmed.
This is a standard language we use on GMAT Club to distinguish posts/reviews made by users who have no history with us. The
"Best" Admissions Consultants discussion is probably the best example.
What this actually means:
- This does not mean the review or post are fake, just that we don't know anything about the author
- The author could have posted because they were asked by the consultant to provide public feedback (fairly common - consultants will usually ask their best students and since the relationship is good, students will usually do it
- Consultants may create fake accounts and post self-praise (this is rare and we have ways of catching them. None of the consultants who actively participate on GMAT Club have ever done this)
- Some users will create a second account to post anonymously rather than posting under the regular username. In this case, they will most often PM myself or one of the moderators to remove the "lower credibility" warning

Thank you!
