What should I use for my GPA?

I graduated with my Bachelors (History) in 2000 with a lowly GPA of 2.42. Over the last 3 years, I've been taking advantage of my employer's tuition reimbursement and taking classes at a local community college. I was able to take more classes here than at a 4-year school since tuition was so low. Anyway, I graduated with an Associates (Business Management) in December 2010 with a GPA of 3.74.
Now I'm thinking about going for an MBA but I don't know what GPA to use or if there was a way to average them together. Obviously, the 2.42 covered more classes than the 3.74. Also, I took a few classes at the community college that were not a part of the degree for Business management, such as Technical Writing, a programming class, and Spanish. I'm not sure if those should count toward my Associate degree GPA.
So, I guess my quesiton is how do I average out the GPA's from 2 different schools?
