You need to provide more info about yourself. Honestly, I'm not really familiar with any of these schools (or schools outside the top 30). My guess is that these schools are good for local recruiting. For example, if you go to the SJSU or SFSU, most of the grads end up working in the Bay Area. Likewise, at Tennessee, most of the grads end up working in the southeast. Apply first - you may or may not get into all of them. Once you get your acceptance letters, then decide. It's really a personal decision, and the best way to go about that is to actually visit some of these schools, and make a decision based on your own gut feel and opinions.
Also, for your own sake, avoid ending all your sentences in ellipses (... ) because you end up diminishing yourself. If you spoke out loud like this in a professional (or even personal) context where your speech constantly trails off... what kind of impression do you think you're giving to others?
