B All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game; their spirit and ability is the specific factor that determines ------wrong; the first part is dangling without a main clause; ‘their spirit and ability’ is a compound subject. You need ‘are’ rather than ‘is’

C. All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, and spirit and ability of the players is the specific factor that determines --- wrong; use of ‘and’ distorts the structure. The choice is in fact missing the main clause. In addition, ‘spirit and ability’ is provided with a singular subject
D. All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players are the specific factors that determine, --- yes this is the best choice.
E. Each player in a cricket match has an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players is the specific factor that determines ----- wrong; ‘the spirit and ability of the players is’ --- SV disagreement

While all players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players is the specific factor that determine the final score.

A. Each player in a cricket match has an effect on the outcome of the game, their spirit and ability is the specific factor that determines
their is a wrong pronoun for Each player(singular), spirit and ability require a plural verb(are)
B. All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game; their spirit and ability is the specific factor that determines
spirit and ability require a plural verb(are) colon is used to two independent clauses.

C. All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, and spirit and ability of the players is the specific factor that determines
changes the meaning, the contrast shown with while( non-underlined portion) is not emerging out.
D. All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players are the specific factors that determine
correct
E. Each player in a cricket match has an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players is the specific factor that determines
their is a wrong pronoun for Each player(singular), spirit and ability require a plural verb(are)

Does the option d have comma splice error or a run on sentence ?

because it appears they that these are two independent clauses

There is a problem in all the options (for example, we should start with "all", not "All").

While All players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players are the specific factors that determine the final score.
should be
While all players in a cricket match have an effect on the outcome of the game, the spirit and ability of the players are the specific factors that determine the final score.

Also, the underlined portion and option A do not match.
