I think that you should have a decent shot with these schools, especially if you can achieve a 650 on the GMAT. I know that Rutgers in particular is open to younger applicants (less than two years of experience), so you should have a good shot.
The key will be to adequately answer the question of, "Why do you need an MBA *now*, rather than 3-5 years from now?" Really think that one through. Also, make sure to play up your leadership experiences up to this point in your life. Since you won't have many on-the-job ones, you'll need to draw from your other experiences. It sounds like you have some, which is good. Use them!
