Starting my MBA application was a process that really scared me. I didn't feel confident in my ability to put together an application that would show my best strengths, and I didn't know what schools I could realistically get into.
I found Gavriella and after our first preview interview I felt like she would be a wonderful advisor through my application process.
She has an incredible breath of knowledge that I was able to utilize. I was able to ask her questions at any time and on any topic and she always responded with a helpful and thoughtful response.

I would highly recommend Gavriella from MBA Mission for the hourly service! I believe I purchased 5 hours of her time and that was the perfect amount. After an initial conversation, all of our communication from there was via email so it was easy with my busy schedule. Coming from an industry where an MBA is not a common choice, I decided to rely on a consultant for my applications. I chose the 5 Schools package and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. I met Gavriella the year before actually applying, but due to low GMAT scores (also suggested by her), I decided to postpone. When I started working with her, I discovered her commitment to the process and to you. She helped me with screening business schools and suggesting where I would better fit, understanding really who I was and coming up with my story, writing the essays (she really excels at it, I couldn't have expected anything better), and processing all the background tasks the applications require. When I felt short of time, she put down a timeline to track progress and missing steps, to be sure not to miss anything. She really went above and beyond. It was clear she really cared about me and did her best to support the journey, morally and professionally. Ultimately, I was admitted to two M7 schools and 4 schools out of 5 overall. I'm sure I couldn't have done it without her.

Out of the 5 school I worked on with Gavriella, I received interview invites from 4 and will now go and attend HBS!
I got multiple offers and scholarships. (Applied to 6 M7 schools(Worked on 2 schools myself) and LBS)
My guide and mentor- The Guru who made it happen. As traditional Indian saying goes, Guru guides you to your destiny, so bow to the Guru even before you bow before God and she is the mentor who made it happen for me. Unsure of my candidacy, she instilled confidence in me and pushed me to introspect until I found why I believe in certain things or choose to behave a certain way. The MBA journey is far longer than the two-year program and while a good GMAT Score feels like a big milestone, it is just the beginning. Your growth begins with applications- as you introspect and find the underlying why you grow and she ensured I knew each why. She highlighted to me how things that seem monotonous or mundane to me, were actually not that common and how I could convey that effectively to the schools to get the interview invites. She made the journey so smooth and easy-paced that I did not feel the anxiety until the HBS Interview invite came and I processed how real this all was. Preparing for the interview, I appreciated my application and felt this sense of immense gratitude towards Gavi that is hard to put into words. I am so glad I chose MBAMission and that Jessica connected Gavi and I. Besides the 5 schools I chose to work on with Gavi, she helped me put together my application for two more schools, highlighting how the essays could be along the structure of school A or B.

I worked with Gavriella Semaya and had a great experience. I had solid stats but, in my opinion, pretty average work experience and extra-curriculars. With Gavriella's help I was able to get into two M7's out of the three I applied to. She was especially helpful with the essays. Her recommendations really helped me narrow in on the best ways to answer the questions, and what points to touch on.
Also, Gavriella was prompt in communication, and gave lots of extra advice via email. Sometimes you have little questions that don't necessitate a call, but are still very important.
I would definitely recommend.

I was referred to Gavriella by a friend that had recently been accepted to Cornell's full-time MBA program. I began my journey by scheduling a consultation, during which I laid out my goal of attending Columbia Business School. She began by telling me that given some of my stats, it truly was a long shot. Gavriella will not sugarcoat your situation, but hearing her honest assessment was exactly what I needed and exactly what you will need throughout the process.
The application process can be quite grueling - Gavriella helped me through every step, from crafting my essays to perfecting and anticipating every possible interview question. Her suggestions and preparation tips were perfectly catered to my background and to my target program. If you are anything like me and you tend to be a bit self-critical, Gavriella will not only help you crush your applications, but she will also remind you that you DO have a story to tell. If you feel like you don't, it's because you haven't learned how to tell it.
People going through the process of applying to school, be it undergrad or graduate, often ask me if hiring a consultant is worth it, and that's a tricky one. I would imagine that not all admission consultants are equal in terms of the value they provide, but working with Gavriella was worth every penny and then some. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, bright and a terrific editor.
If I can get into Columbia Business School with Gavriella's help, then if you're committed to the process and receptive to her coaching, the sky is the limit for you.
