Using an approximation approach if you are running short of time.


160 miles in slightly less than 3 hrs => 160/3* = 53.33* - answer is more than 53.33 because as the denominator decreases the value increases.
The speed is definitely less than 160/2=80 which is option C.
Hence answer has to be B
