Hi All,
So I'm going through applications and this is my current situation.
29y Italian/Spanish with 4..5y in consulting (2.5 in Italy, 2 in UK) spread between management consulting & Business Analysis fro Energy companies.
I'm currently managing a 4 people team as outsourced Back Office for a energy trading start-up.
Did my TOEFL with 105/120 and my GMAT with 660.
Having said so my options are:
- INSEAD this would be my preferred school, but I'm realistic 660 is not an option for INSEAD really...
First back up choices
- NUS
- HKU
Second back up choices
- HKUST
- NANYANG
My choice is driven by this factors:
- I'm doing an MBA to change job, geography and salary. I would like to work in Business Development either staying in Commodity (Singapore better) or in Finance (HK better) and I'm willing to learn Mandarin. Asia is the place I want my MBA to be
- I'm not sure if Singapore or HK. The choice would be really tied to where I can get an offer. I actually think they are both great places for a MBA
- 660 GMAT what chances I have at these 4 schools? (provided I think 0 chances at INSEAD)
I think this type of thread might be interesting for a few people so any insight of which MBA and why would be very appreciated!
Thanks,
Stefano
