Originally chose (C) but now I know why (D) is correct. Sound like both sides are appealing to the use of certain terms under the right to free speech, guaranteed by a "democracy."

the argument is trying to establish that people are trying to restrict free speech in the name of democracy when in true democracy, everybody has equal right to express his or her feeling ....
