In short terms, join an organization for roles such as leadership development role/general management or operations consulting to get the holistic experience of the entire product cycle. Overall looks good. Couple of suggestions- 1) Important to stress why MBA at this point in time (given you have 7+ ex.) 2) Might want to consider slightly tweaking your post MBA goals- Gen Mngt roles are typically for folks with lesser work ex.; Ops consulting or your LT goal can be one of your ST goals.

ISB Application portal is now live! Here are the essay topics for PGP/EEO. The first 2 essays changed and there’s an optional 3rd essay as well (around goals). Sooo impressed with ISB to do this change from the mundane ones :)

essay 1
Provide an honest portrayal of yourself, emphasizing your strengths and weaknesses. Highlight the key elements that have shaped your personal journey. Give relevant illustrations as needed. (400 words)

Essay 2
Contemplate two distinct situations—one where you experienced success and another where you faced failure. Delve into the personal and interpersonal lessons you learned from these instances.
(400 words max)

Essay 3 (optional)

Given your previous experience and future aspirations, how do you plan to use the PGP at ISB to fulfil your professional goals?
Note: It is not necessary for you to write this essay. Please use this space only if there is something really significant that you would like us to know.

It was visible some time back. However the portal is not working now. It says "Applications for PGP 2024-25 will open shortly". Let's wait for it to reopen.
