That sounds good! My biggest weakness by far is SC and I will be doing 50 of them a day for the next 4 day to get in shape! Thanks for that...
As far as CR goes, some say it helps to read the question first, then the story. I personally find that confusing. I like to read the story, read the question, then try to answer it before looking at the answers. If you're doing really well, answers will be so convoluted that they won't look like anything you expected... ;)

Make sure that you're reviewing your answers and seeing where you're going wrong! Also, you should do the GMAT Prep SC document that's floating on here, in the SC forum. Think it'd be supremely beneficial!

As for CR, I usually read the stimulus first. I don't take notes physically, but I mentally search for the conclusion and if there's any assumptions or logical flaws, I make note of them. This is useful because:

1. If it's inference, you got the answer down
2. If it's weaken, look for the logical flaws you found
3. If it's strengthen, look for something that negates the flaws you found

Good luck and hope you do well! Keep us posted.

4 8 15 16 23 42

Interestingly, last night I downloaded the SC document you posted! In the OG Verbal book, I did all 113 SC's and missed 10 of them, not sure if that is a good hit rate...
Thanks for the advice!
p.s. Was always intrigued by the numbers, and am mad that the explanation for them wasn't mind blowing ;)

Took MGMAT today... 740 q47, V45. 2-3 careless mistakes on Q, hopefully will get that under control by the exam time... Good news is that I got only 3 SC mistakes... Good stuff, let's see how the real thing plays out...

That sounds good! The next MGMAT I need to pace myself and remind myself that I have 75 mins and there's no point finishing in 55 lol. I always get like a 40-42 but on the GMAT Prep when I paced myself well, I got a 770. Gonna take another MGMAT today and see how it goes. I still have like 2 GMAT Preps, 3 MGMATs, and 5 800Score Tests that I probably won't use anyway lol. I have to finish the OG and the OG Reviews and go through the stuff I get wrong and do the rest of GMAT Club tests, along with the GMAT Prep Sc document. I think this will keep me occupied for the 10 days.

You sound equally nuts in your plans as I am in mine haha, I just wish i went crazy earlier, as I could have scored 750+ no doubt. This way, I will be satisfied with 700+.
I think that you can comfortably add some 3-5 raw points to your MGMAT verbal as their questions are too convoluted...

Its all about your choices, Jack. :P

But yes. I'm going crazy over this exam. I just need to get my reviewing done and take the exam, pray for a 750 and just resume having a life. Oh wait, that's not until I graduate :/

Isn't it crazy how consumed we got with this? Believe it or not, I've come to the point where i dream GMAT questions. Couple of days ago, I caught myself solving inequalities in my sleep... That is a red flag right there

Haha I'll pm you about that later. Edit post please? Don't want people tracking me down, lol.

And I'm on GMAT Club every morning when I wake up and every night before I sleep.

Haha I apologize for that, didn't realize that we may have potential serial killers who also need to take GMAT lurking around. However, I agree with your concern, internet is a dangerous place...
Yup, this thing has consumed our lives. I wonder if, in case I get a good score, can completely forget about GMAT.

Awesome job man!! You've been wrecking these tests lately i think you're well on you're way to a 750 come d-day! Awesome verbal score as well, i think SC is the key to verbal success, if you can do them quickly and correctly it gives that much more time for RC and CR which are more time dependent areas.

Took GMAT prep once more, with 3 repeats in V and 6 in Q (although I had to redo 5 of them without knowing the answer previously), I got 720 Q48, V41. Disappointed, but oh well. ;)

I think the key at this point is to just kinda chill and not be too worried about anything. :) I'm sure you'll achieve your target in the exam. :) Did you do the GMAT Prep SC document yet? And I am posting a GMAT Prep CR document later tonight; check that out as well (but if I remember correctly you didn't have any issues with CR, so you should be fine)

Well I'm officially nuts... mad about the 720 in the prep this morning, I took it again and got 730, q48, V42. Disappointed once again ;)
Whip, yes, I got the SC document and will work on it tomorrow. I am also planning to take one more MGMAT CAT tomorrow. That will be the last thing I'll do before the exam (-the AWA template review on Wednesday). Thursday's go time!
Also, yes, I am pretty good at CR, so that shouldn't be a problem, thanks.
My mind will explode because of this test.... Even while I'm typing this, I am thinking if "because of this test" is the right idiom haha... That's what I call burnout...
My friend took the test today at the place where I am going to take it, and got 620 (Q49, V27). Bad news is, he said they don't provide noise cancelling headphones which I had hoped for... Oh well ;)

Don't worry about it. As long as you stay focused on the test, the noise will cancel itself out. *sends the smoke monster out*

I took an MGMAT CAT today and got a 730. AGAIN. 49-42 split, which is decent I should say, considering the Quantitative section was a TOTAL *beep*

Good job! Do you have an exact test date? I think you're ready, you just need to focus on taking your time in verbal ;)
After the test, I am re-watching the whole season of lost :)
