... contact an applicant for clarification of their application?
Now that I've submitted my Michigan application, the paranoid, irrational part of my brain has kicked in to high gear.
My transcripts are somewhat confusing. I did my first two years at school A, then transferred to school B for my third and final year. However, I took a few summer classes at school A during between my third and fourth year. School B award me the degree.
Then I went back to school A to take a few more undergrad courses as I need them as pre-requisites before I pursued a graduate degree at school A.
Got it?
Oh yeah, and school A has a 4 point GPA scale, while school B has a 9 point.
Is this something I should have explained in the optional essay? I thought no, since it doesn't really have an impact on my candidacy.
So the question is, if the adcom is confused, will they contact me for clarification or just toss my app in the REJECT pile because it's not worth there time to figure it out?
Although I've already submitted the app, I've still got some time before the deadline. Is it worth throwing together a one-page summary of how my transcripts all fit together?
