Thank you for your post!
Sorry to hear about the HBS Bloodbath - it was brutal.... absolutely brutal.
If you want to retake, it is tricky. You have been out of it for 2 months, you have forgotten a few things. If you retook now, you would probably be 40 points below your latest score.
1. Would not go to Advanced. Your are showing at 650, and I would not touch the advanced quant quite yet.... it is frankly too hard in my opinion (and I wrote a portion of the
GMAT Club tests, which hard ass questions)
2. I would suggest focusing on your mistakes - I hope to write a post about analysis sometime soon. Basically focus on why you are making a mistake, how to not make it, and learning something from it - anything
3. Always time yourself with any practice
4. Do finish the RC/SC for verbal - you have room to improve there
5. Rely on your
MGMAT Quant Guides. If you are finding that you need more material and it is boring/repetitive, you can Grab the Kaplan Math Workbook for a quick review/refresh of the concepts. I found it quite good for quick practice and tricky questions
6. Make notes. You have learned a lot of crap at this point but anything you learn from now on, document it - put it in a bit notebook or type up notes by chapter so you don't forget. Review them daily or weekly
7. Read books to help with RC.
GMAT Fiction is my recommendation for RC.
8. You can also/should pick up the book called
MGMAT Roadmap - I recommend it to everyone and you won't be an exception. it has a lot of nifty tips and advice and is a relaxing book to read (compared to all the other GMAT crap)
That's kind of what I would suggest...
