Hi Everyone,
I already had my interview with Wake Forest later last month but now I got an e-mail where-in the Career management services head Mr. Guy Groff has asked me to attend a discussion with him.
I am not sure what to make out of this additional interview. Can anyone please let me know if he/she went through a similar process?
Desperately waiting for a reply (have the interview scheduled for today). Wish me luck.
Thanks

Sorry if this doesn't reach you before your interview. I actually had the same call that you are mentioning. It was a bit of a repeat of your initial interview, and don't be surprised if Guy gives you a hard time, that's just what he does.
I was at Wake Forest last weekend for the Red Carpet Weekend and I was able to gain a deeper insight to the program. One of the realizations that hit me, that much like Tuck, Wake Forest is very much a fit program. They are looking for students who are willing to fully buy into the program and because part of the community. Rankings aside, there are a lot of similarities between Tuck and Wake.
The most important thing to me in my search was the ability to get individual attention at the school I attend. Wake Forest pulls out all the stops for its students, and will use any and all contacts at their disposal to help you find an internship and a job. The alum will always take the time to answer your questions and go out of their way to help you. The class size is only 64 students per year (give or take a couple) and that gives the students the advantage of not burning out the business contacts that the schools with larger classes (250+) might do.
