WaitListed Thrice in Tepper!!!

I applied to Carneggie Mellon University in Round 2. The decision came out on March 18 and I was waitlisted. Round 3 decisions came out on April 30 and I was waitlisted again. Same happened in the Round 4 decisions on May 24. The results will come out for the last and final round on June 30. I really can't understand whether I stand any chance in Round 5 since international candidates don't even apply in Round 4. I am an international candidate and hence confused. Has anyone heard of such a case before ? Could you tell me the outcome? Thanks in advance My Profile : 770 GMAT (V44/Q51) Engineer from and average college in India (67%) Currently working in TCS. Had no real work experience when I applied except for small entrepreneurial ventures.

Internationals don't (or aren't allowed) apply in later rounds because it is difficult to arrange for visas, loans, housing etc. In addition, I haven't seen any international (read resident Indian) get in from the WL this late. Having said that, I haven't seen a lot of them convert the WL as well.
My 2 cents: gear up for the next cycle if you are still interested in MBA. In the meanwhile if Tepper does admit you, rush in to complete the formalities (keep your basic stuff (documents etc.) ready). also, you may talk to a few Tepper alums/current students regarding this.
