Non-traditional candidate (31 years old, going from non-profit to MBA to pursue brand management). Looking for a reasonably priced consultant. Any suggestions from folks who have used one?

You might want to check out the thread on reviews of admissions consultants. Perhaps do a quick search for "non-trad" or something similar to see if anything directly related to your background/situation comes up:

Non-traditional background isn’t necessarily a disadvantage. It could even be an advantage in some cases. You may read more here:
