I must say you have a strong GMAT score. There is very high chance that your GMAT score would be able to compensate for your low GPA.
You bring varied work experience from education industry and a fortune 500 company. What was the reason for this switch? There should be a convincing story for that. How is your current job related to your long term goals?

You seem to have good extracurricular activities. You have raised fairly decent amount of money for a noble cause. Your background certainly puts you in positive light. Discuss about this and about the fraternity in your application essays.

You have good international experience, and I would suggest you apply to INSEAD and LBS as they put a lot of value on such experience.

If I were you, I wouldn't apply to the masters program. It doesn't add much value.
