Hi jedda

GMAT score is valid for 5 years. If you can take it now and get a good score, it will give you a good headstart in your application process.
Regarding your experience, most of the top schools look for atleast 3 years experience. You might also want to explore HBS2+2 program which offers deferred admission to their MBA program for freshers who can join after 2 years.
