Just take the clause after but "X was lower than Y" where X is revenue correctly paralled to "675 Million" and the 675 million is modified by "analysts had predicted".

I struggled a bit with this one but got it right. Here is what I did.
1. There is a clear 3:2 split considering "predicted" vs "had predicted". Since the prediction happened before the actual rise. A,B & E are out.
2. The figure "$453 million" is just a description of what 13 percent is. So "$453 million," is better than "or $453 million,", since its a non-essential modifier.
