Easy choice, mate. Head to CBS.

Exactly, this is one of the easier "which school to attend" choices

Have you reached out to current students/alumni to ask about recruiting?

I have and received mixed responses. What I have learned is that recruiting for US jobs is possible but more difficult, not many people do it, and it requires being a self-starter as recruiters that come on campus as well as career services are focused on London and the surrounding markets.

CBS - easy stuff. No one is saying that one can't get a job at MBB in New York from LBS, but why choose the school that requires you to be a "self starter", going beyond the recruiters that are on campus to get a job? That just doesn't make sense. Moreover, why have most of your network in Europe if you plan to be in the US long-term?

Go to Columbia. A two-year vacation to London sounds awesome, but imagine if you can't get a job in the US and that two-year stint turns into five. Might not be what you want. Stay in NYC, and if the location is getting to you, recruit for a different office - lot's of good US cities. Plus, can always do projects in London, or take your second job there if you're still interested.
