I have just submitted my application. Cameroonian, male, gmat score: 650 V28 Q50. Is there any other African in this forum who is also applying to thunderbird? It will be great to know that I am not alone.

On 29/01, I was interviewed by an adcom on Skype. The adcom was very relax. She asked me why want to do an MBA now? Why Thunderbird? She also asked me to list the skills that I think a leader/manager must have. The interview last for about 30 min. Hope the short debrief will help you if you are preparing for your interview. Hi Jokeryj,
I am always happy to see another thunderbird applicant. Please, can you share more information about you (country, industry, gender...)?
I was interviewed last week by an adcom on Skype. In my last post, I you can find some of questions that she asked to me, normal questions for an MBA admission interview. Also, the adcom seems to be very interested about my international experience, I think international experience is a key information for the school. If you have another specific question about the interview just ask and I will answer if I can.

I was interviewed a couple days before, and not receiving any further notice now.
Are you admitted to Thunderbird MBA program?
Did you receive any scholarship?

Thank you!Here's my profile - male, Indian, 24 years. working in the healthcare IT sector. I just wanted to know whether the adcoms ask any out of the box questions like "if u were in situation x how u react" or something like that?

I am not yet admitted, I am still waiting for the final decision. According to what the adcom told me at the end of my interview, I can expect to know my final decision at the end of next week (2 weeks after my interview date).

Thanks to have shared your profile with us.
The adcom didn't ask me that type of question.
However, I can remember that she asked me to tell her my weaknesses. I told her some but I also told her what I do to correct them.

Done with the interview! Does anybody know how long do the Adcoms take to inform us about their decisions? Also can anybody enlighten me about the selectivity ratio of thunderbird? What are the chances of getting in if you have been shortlisted for interview?Any response is welcome :-D
