Got A.

from stem, z<2/w

A says that w>2. Plug into the equation and z<1

B just says z<2.

condition 1) Z will always be less tahn 1

conditon 2) insufficient

if w > 2

z < 2/ 2 + x where x > 0

z < 1
Sufficient

ii)
wz < 2, z < 2

picking numbers:

z = 0, wz < 2
ans YES

z = 3/2, w = 1/3
wz < 2

is z < 1?
ans NO

not sufficient
