For international students planning to do the master in France:

At EMLyon it will not be possible for you to do an academic exchange. The school changed the selection rules in this year. It's not based on grades anymore. French students can apply for exchanges in 2 selection rounds. Afterwards international students can apply for what is left (which is basically nothing).

If an academic exchange is important to you, don't go to EMLyon.

I'd recommend you go to LSE or re-apply next year to better known programs. These programs don't have much of a reputation outside of France and there is a significant gap between these and LSE / HEC / US program in terms of the quality of teaching and where you would land afterwards.
