I definitely don't see any black marks. Don't be overly concerned about having "unglamorous" companies on your resume. People probably get sick of reading this, but adcomms care a lot more about what you have done than where you have worked!
Your age doesn't concern me too much, either. If you waited another year or two, then it would start to be a concern, but I think you're okay there.
Did you capture all of your work experience here? If I read your post right, yuo have 5-6 years accounted for. If you're 29, where did the other time go?
Anyway, all of the social fraternity stuff back in college probably won't help you now, esp. since you were in college a while ago. But the Toastmasters thing is great. Community service is nice to be able to show, but the great thing about your Toastmasters experience is that you can show you're taking a leadership role and making a real impact there.
