I am sorry for the issue that you are facing. Our systems are working fine. The reason why you are facing an issue is because of user error; i.e. the error you made. While making the purchase, you put your username incorrectly. Instead of ###@gmail.com, you used ###@ggmail.com; i.e. you added an extra "g" in gmail.
I am apalledHere is what you did. You made your purchase on June 6th. You did not access your course since then. Then on June 24th you wrote to us for the first time at 7:36 am. You made this post at 7:42 am. Essentially, you created a post called
"e-GMAT fraud" and were disgusted because you did not get a response
within 6 minutes on a Friday evening IST.
This is not the kind of behavior that I expect from my students. We invest a lot in our courses (1500+ hours of R&D every month) to ensure that our students get to their target GMAT Scores. Our students respect us. That is why we have 1100+ reviews and have accounted for > 50% of all the reviews in the last 6 months. They don't treat us the way you do.
We have delivered amazing success and I and my team take a lot of pride in what we do. I don't believe that you possess the DNA that we expect from our students. Hence, I will be refunding your purchase today. Please look for an alternate means of preparation.
