Its between persons & person : persons is incorrect, because the sentence uses "one of the", it should be followed by "person"

It cant be one of the person !!! It HAS to be one of the persons

How can one be among one person? One can be among persons

In A, who make money doesnot seem logical to me cuz everybody makes money.

In C, "who are making money" seems logical cuz it is talking about the people who are making money. It is excluding those who are not making money where as A doesnot excluding anyone.

The ans is A definitely. I had posted this line as an example of SC rules regarding One of the
I read this example in some book :
One of the +PLURAL NOUN +that/who+PLURAL VERB
and thi svery sentence was given as example so i am 300% sure abt it

Why do we require a present continues we can use A instead !!
Even A talks about particular set of people excluding others !!
