C for me. "persons who are making money" seem more logical to me.

Its between persons & person : persons is incorrect, because the sentence uses "one of the", it should be followed by "person"

B & E

B - that error

E wins (also "He" goes with "who")

It cant be one of the person !!! It HAS to be one of the persons

How can one be among one person? One can be among persons

Should be between A and C but C sounds better for me.

In A, who make money doesnot seem logical to me cuz everybody makes money.

In C, "who are making money" seems logical cuz it is talking about the people who are making money. It is excluding those who are not making money where as A doesnot excluding anyone.

Why do we require a present continues we can use A instead !!
Even A talks about particular set of people excluding others !!
