I completely agree with that. It depends on your background and the field u wanna get into. q77, v81 is a very balanced score and all else being equal, i would use that.

I am international student with a degree in Finance from a U.S. college.

I think I will go with the more balanced score.

If you are applying Chicago, I would go with higher Quant. they are known to be a quant school.

If you took the tests within a few years of each other, the school is going to see both of them anyways.

This may be a good thing, since they'll see you are capable of both a high quant and high verbal score (just not at the same time :wink: ).
