Hi, here's my mostly complete profile:
Age: 24, graduated 2007 undergrad
GMAT: 710, q46, v41 6.0 awa
Undergrad: UNC Kenan-Flagler, 3.38 gpa, also 21 credit hours of philosophy
Work Experience: 2 years at HSBC in a management training program, doing subprime lending/sales. Specialized in mortgage and personal loans, and had leadership experience managing other local branches for relief assignments when other managers were on vacation. The company was shut down in February 2009, two months before my scheduled promotion to branch manager (I'm not sure if being part of the reason the economy is in this mess will help me or hurt me). Since then, I've been working as a mortgage banker for a local company in Cary, NC. In college, I worked for the Southwestern Company doing door-to-door sales.
Extra-Curriculars: Led a team for community service during my days at HSBC, and was the Vice-President of a club sport in college. I've also done tutoring and various other community service activities since college, but haven't started any organizations or done anything on a weekly basis.
I'm hoping to use an MBA to boost my leadership skills, and propel me in the finance/marketing fields -- I also don't want to be working in a commission only job my whole life.

Any tips, or any other schools that fit my profile as well?
