Interesting profile and work experience. A lot will depend where you GMAT ends up. There is a difference between 650 and 690, and also between a balanced score or one in which the quant is distinctly lower. Let's assume that your GMAT is balanced and ends up at 670.
UCLA,
Duke, and
Yale would be stretches for you. You have a competitive profile for the others schools on your list. You may also want to consider
Cornell.
