1) In a part-time program, the last thing I would care about is 2 vs 2.5 years.
2) Networking is what you make of it. All schools have can great networks, even unranked ones. How much are you going to insert yourself into it?
3) Ranking - to me, probably one of the more important considerations. I would view this more as brand rank. If you operate more on the finance side, then the Booth name is bulletproof. If you're on the marketing side, then the Kellogg name is bulletproof.
4) Academics - to me, this is the most important. Some programs are going to make you retake core courses since they are lockstep. Booth on the hand is totally flexible and offers a large number of classes, especially for weekend students. If I'm going to drop $100k and 2.5 years of my life on a program, I don't want them to teach me how to calculate present value again.
