Don't study 7 days a week; you should give yourself at least 1 day off.
Doing exercise every day, spend about 20-30 mins to do some light exercise, such as jogging, yoga, which will improve the circulation, enabling your brain to work better.

I had a difficult time to get to sleep 4 weeks prior to my test day. this was one of the terrible periods of my life!! Sleepless and stressed b/'c of GMAT :(.

Finding it hard to do that. Today was my off day and I couldn't take my mind off GMAT. Will try hitting the gym more often.

GMAT fatigue is quite dangerous, so please don't underestimate it! Some decent suggestions have already been offered, so I won't repeat them. Just remember that the whole purpose of one's preparation is to perform well on the test. And in your case, a day or so off might actually increase your score.

Also, you might find this thread somewhat useful.

yes buddy... once your G-day comes closer, you start getting tensed, you study more, you don't take time off from your books.. and that creats fatigue.... so take off for 1 or 2 days completely... forget about the exam and spend some quality time...
once you are back, I hope you will perform better.....

I think I'm in the same situation.. Pff, I'm doing so poor and see no improvement.. It's not going downhill, it's just not going better even after everything i've already tried.. And the stress is getting more intense.. Maybe I should also take a few days off..:(
