Please help me find a solution

I have graduated from a big 10 university couple of years ago. My degree is in Biology, and down the road, my goal is to gain admission to a top business school (top30). However, I am finding it difficult to even get entry level job offers with my degree. I am interested in the securities markets, but since I didn't get my degree in computer science or another quantitative field, it is extremely difficult for me to break into this field. I am willing to settle for sales, advertising, marketing and consulting jobs. Again, my degree doesn't allow me to break into these fields easily. However, I can easily become an insurance agent, financial sales representative, and a real estate agent. Do business schools see these careers as "sleazy" or view them unfavorably? I ask, because these careers are terribly easy to break into. Any individual with a high school degree can enter these fields. Lastly, what can I do to increase my chances of working for a Fortune 500 company?
Thank you.
