What is 16 2/3% ???

It's a mixed fraction with a % sign.

It will be a good idea to learn up some percentage - fraction equivalents. They are quite useful.

16 2/3% is 16.67% which is 1/6.

Ummm bharatemail at first I did not wanted to chime in but I guess I am tempted to- I do not if you have some how have developed the habit of being spoon feed :?: but it does seems so (sorry if that seems like a hardy :!: ) but please do yourselves a favor- the question you asked was pretty basic by any standard and on top of that you did not bother to open the link provided.

All in the good intention only :|
