Your experience and maturity will have most 2-year, full-time programs convinced that you won't fit well into the class of students who have about 4 years of experience. You should have better odds applying to
executive programs, where your peers will share similar experiences to your own. This can range from the Sloan Fellows/Masters programs at MIT, Stanford, and LBS to executive education or EMBA programs at all of the top schools.
