Good to hear from you.
You have some good stuff in your profile including most notably, managerial experience and real international experience. It's a bit hard to evaluate your profile without a real GMAT, but I think that even with a 720 MIT is a stretch. You can and should still apply. Yale will be a bit easier, but also you will need to think about what other schools you might want to apply to. I'd suggest firstly expanding your list to include 5-6 schools from the Top 20 (if of course you get that GMAT you are aiming for).
