At this point, a second MBA wouldn't help you at all. Your only route would be a specialized Masters. Now, getting into that depends on two things. For one, you need to be in a financial function that makes sense. By that, I mean something front office. You haven't mentioned what you do but that's super important. Secondly, and just as important, you need to be ultra comfortable with math, stats, and finance. Masters programs, such as those in Finance, require applicants to have a beyond working understanding because the programs are fast paced and not meant for amateurs.
That said, a Masters in Finance COULD get you into the Finance field in the US but it isn't guaranteed by any means. Also, without a GMAT, it's impossible to suggest programs - sorry
