Tip for Tech: you will be interviewed by someone from the adcom as well as the career placement center, so come prepared to demonstrate why you are EMPLOYABLE after graduation. Employability is HUGE at GT, and they ranked last year second behind HBS in percentage employed at graduation. For this reason, they are more adamant than ever about only bringing in students who will get a job very quickly. If you have visa issues or lack a clear vision for your immediate post MBA job goals, you will have a hard time vying for a spot. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for such a thorough and insightful reply. I am sure it will help immensely in the coming days.
There are a few questions, however, that came to my mind after reading your reply... hope you'll clarify them for me...
1. Does GT interview everyone who applies?
2. What qualities do they look for in terms of employbility? If they are talking about confidence, good comm. skills etc. then yes, i have that. But if they are talking about something completely different then it really depends on what they are asking for. Hence, how should i approach the interviews, specially the one from career centre? Should i have a list of companies (!)which i want to get into after graduation or something similar?
3. Do you think I will get an interview call from Terry?
4. I know I am asking for too much of a favor but I simply could not resist the temptation of asking this question; Assuming I have decent ( neither too good nor too bad ) interviews, how would you rate my chances, say on a scale of 10, of making it this year? I am asking this because I have a very limited budget and would only apply to the two schools mentioned above, but I am really keen on making it this time.
