I think what makes your profile so attractive is the under-represented diversity (French), the five years of progressively responsible work experience, and the stellar academic and leadership qualities you demonstrate in your work and EC activities. B-schools love engineers, and it's more rare to have engineers who get involved outside the classroom and outside work. You have a really strong case for admission if packaged appropriately. If you decide you could use some specific guidance, let us know. We have specialists who graduated from all the top schools to advise clients.
