Extensive student leadership involvement: class president; lead multiple student-lead initiatives, ranging from social events and student life to housing system management and student representation in the University decision forums
Graduate School: Master’s degree - International Relations and Geopolitics at the same institution; GPA: ~ 3.2. Balanced academic requirements (mostly on weekends and evenings) with work, leading to a relatively lower academic standing, but still in the top 25%
Volunteering
Initiated and lead an operational optimization initiative at a non-profit focusing on rehabilitation of homeless in the several countries in the region

You have a competitive profile for your target schools. (I am assuming you want to stay in consulting) and are applying appropriately. One suggestion: briefly provide the context (working while going to grad school and in top 25%) for your grad performance, which isn't awful, but is less impressive than everything else.
