Should I retake??

Ok, before you all beat me up for this, let me just say that in my GMATPREP tests I was consistently getting between 730-750...
My actual score was 720: Q45 V45 (72%, 98% - overall 94%). This q score is a tad low for me, and this is my lowest verbal so far...have been getting 49s and even got a 51 once. The quant felt very weird to me and I'm not sure if this was a fluke or if the GMAT is now just different than the Prep software.
Here's the issue: I'm applying to H/W and while I had a killer undergrad GPA (3.9) it wasn't at an impressive school. I'm a liberal arts person and I wanted that high GMAT so I could show that I still have the chops. Also, my background is in start-ups and while I've gotten great experience and responsibility, I have no major names (employers or schools) in my profile.
I do have a very unique profile and a clear set of goals for b-school, but I fear that an "average" GMAT score (for these schools, anyway) might be detrimental for me. If I'd gotten, say, a 740 or 750, the schools would probably be quicker to look favorably on my unconventional elements. Agree? Disagree?
I'm applying R2 and still need to work on essays, so the question is, should I (with minimal studying) retake the exam and see if that one goes better? Or should I just concentrate on my essays and force myself to shut up and get over it?
(ps- I don't know if this makes a difference, but I'm female)
