Well mohish, the fact of the matter is, all of us pick answer choices - the bare essential to be alive on the GMAT Club if you will - but not all of us have signature styles - kinda icing on the cake.
This is what a marketer would probably call differentiation and a pretty strong one at that with a pretty high recall i must confess...
So I guess, its not matter for :oops: face!!
It should more be :lol: face!

Rigger, can you please bold or underline the sentence that would require correction.

I assume that the original sentence needs correction from to having been.

If my assumption above is correct, then I would choose C. I may however wait for the sentence to be corrected.

In A paralellism is kept. In B the meaning is changed. In C we are comparing "having" with patients. D is a run-on sentence. There is no connection between the two clauses. The same for E.

A must be.
