Hey Anandnk, can seem to get away from this site, going back and forth between OG and here. In any case, The reason I picked E was also b/c in the steam there is an onservable fact which is refuted by the Sen. In C, the guy just makes a claim, whereas in E the pattern is the same. 60 mile race, obserable fact as well, and an opinion of the "expert." What do you think?

Yes, C seems like the contender.

E in involves a third party, Moira, who observed the race. This is different from the original argument.

Amos's claim is similar to the interior's report. Both are not particularly objective.

How is Moira a third party??? She/He observed the race in which X & Y competed, and then Lomas offers his statement to her! The diolog is between two people, no third parties!
